Recipe Spotlight: Bella's Warm Artichoke Dip
Our Oprah O list best-selling Artichoke Pesto is delicious right out of the jar, but this recipe transforms it into a warm dip that takes it to another level. Our favorite, go-to appetizer that everyone loves, served with Bella's Olive Oil & Sea Salt Dipping Cracker.
SHOPPING LIST:
1⁄2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
PREPARATION:
In a small bowl, mix the pesto with the mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese, reserving a teaspoon to garnish the top. Bake until golden brown and the dip is hot and bubbly. Serve with Gluten Free Simple White Crackers and Montebello Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil (sold in store).
