Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase! We hope that you love your purchase, but we do understand that sometimes an item just doesn't work out.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return the item for store credit or an exchange. We do not offer refunds to original form of payment. Below are our terms and policies for returns for store credit and exchange.

To be eligible for a store credit or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We are not responsible for any packages lost or missing in the shipping process.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange or store credit will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hair products, eyewear, and jewelry . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Sale Items- All sale items are FINAL SALE. They are not eligible for store credits, or size exchanges. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Seasonal Items - Please note that all seasonal items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This policy applies to all seasonal merchandise purchased through our website.

Clothing Exchanges
We will exchange unworn, unwashed and unaltered merchandise. Items must be in original packaging and have original tags and Once your exchange item is received, we will reship the correct size (if it is in stock) at no charge to you!

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive an email with your store credit within 10 business days.
