The 13" x 9" Cookie/Jelly Roll pan is a highly versatile pan that can be used for cookies and other baking treats. The pan has two layers of non-stick ceramic coating that makes it both durable and easy to clean. The non-stick ceramic coating is PTFE Free, PFOS Free, Lead Free, PFOA Free and Cadmium Free. The pan is made from carbon steel. The pan is heavier weight. 0.8mm. The weight should prevent warping. For best performance we recommend the pan be hand washed and hand dried. The interior baking dimensions are 13" x 9" x .75". The exterior dimensions are 13.5" x 9.5" x 1".
